Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $X.XX (pre-tax, after discounts applied) shipped within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, etc.).
- If you don’t receive tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, file a claim with us using your tracking info. We’ll investigate and replace or refund as needed.
- Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll send a free replacement.
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but we’ll do our best to resolve issues.
Shipping Restrictions
- Hazardous Materials: We don’t ship items classified as hazardous (e.g., certain fertilizers if applicable).
- Perishables: All our products are non-live and stable for shipping—no refrigeration needed.
- PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS; street addresses preferred for UPS.
