Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Returns must be postmarked within this timeframe to be eligible.
Eligible Items
We accept returns for most items purchased from our website, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Applicable to: Products sold from our official channels.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
- Items damaged by humans.
How to Start a Return
1. Request a Return Authorization
Before shipping any item back to us, you must first email us at info@tropicalplantkit.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, defective).
We will then review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship your item back.
2. Shipping Your Return
- Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that sales and promotional codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- If your refund is delayed, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@tropicalplantkit.com.
- If you’ve chosen express shipping, the cost difference is non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tropicalplantkit.com with photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion—no return shipping required.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., return shipping is at your expense. We’ll cover the cost of the replacement shipment if the return is due to our error.
